1. One word check in. Drop into your body. How are you feeling? What kind of energy are you bringing to the lesson today?
2. Take ten breaths placing your attention on long, slow exhales.
3. Question of the day: Do you prefer to be recognized at places or be anonymous? What are some places where you are a repeat patron? What might it say about you that those are your places?
4. Free Write ... Pick a local spot you go to a lot that has a bit of character. Set a timer for five minutes and write everything that you can think of in detail from that place.
